Rebecca Spit, Quadra Island is 2 km long and 177 hectares in size. It has many areas for picnics with or without a picnic table. Amenities include a large day-use/picnic area and boat launch (located on the west side of the Spit near the park entrance). This beautiful Island park offers tidepools and gradual sloping rock beaches where young children can play. Parents will want to bring sturdy water shoes for themselves and their young ones to protect their feet. Trails that lead out to the very tip of the spit are flat and easy to walk.
